I would Suggest this is one of the best issue resolver remote tool. There is no lag i would say when we are resolving the end customer issues. Simply helps the issue resolving with customer very easily.

- Cannot add multiple users, like adding L3 engineer for help
- Team Viewer Mobile functionality is limited

For any change in organisation, it will take minimum 3 months to adapt to it. The better results started to came in more than 6 months of usage.
