Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I would Suggest this is one of the best issue resolver remote tool. There is no lag i would say when we are resolving the end customer issues. Simply helps the issue resolving with customer very easily.

- Asset Management
- Patch Management
- Calling Functionality is not possible
- Cannot add multiple users, like adding L3 engineer for help
- Team Viewer Mobile functionality is limited
- Using Remote Tool was a great positive impact for business, both from engineer and end customer perspective
- Doesn't require too much authentication to connect
- Manage asset management easily
For any change in organisation, it will take minimum 3 months to adapt to it. The better results started to came in more than 6 months of usage.

TeamViewer stands good among the one which we reviewed in market. Easy to use from customer end and cost bearable as well.
