Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer primarily for Remote support by the IT helpdesk. We use TeamViewer to support end users with all types of workplace related issues and questions. Our support department uses this as their primary remote support tool, remotely connecting to users. The general consensus is that this tool suits our needs very good.

- Requires knowledge to prevent security issues (leave session open/unattended)
- Users can sometimes be a bit overwhelmed
- Integration with teams
- Supports remote working whilst providing adequate support
