Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Very straightforward. No advanced support required to setup
We use TeamViewer primarily for Remote support by the IT helpdesk. We use TeamViewer to support end users with all types of workplace related issues and questions. Our support department uses this as their primary remote support tool, remotely connecting to users. The general consensus is that this tool suits our needs very good.

  • Users can sometimes be a bit overwhelmed

  • Supports remote working whilst providing adequate support

TOPdesk, LeanIX Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), LeanIX SaaS Management Platform (Cleanshelf)
Tool is good, but market is becoming more and more competitive. We see especially users reaching out to us via Teams that do not see the need for additional tools. Teamviewer however fits better for the cases from an IT perspective. It is therefore for us from our IT department not a current need to change. Pressure is increasing however
