Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I use TeamViewer to offer end-user support to my remote clients. This is in support of a financial management system called SunSystems. In addition to this, I also use it to offer training to my remote users who use the FMS. The module includes financials, procurement, Asset Management, and reporting options.
- Connection to remote users over non consistent connection.
- The screen resolution is very good making it very clear to work on remote machines.
- It has a lot of interactive options when working remotely that enable you to work and interact with the client remotely.
- I like the window after you close a connection that enables you to write a brief summary of your closed connection.
- Am new to TeamViewer and still exploring the application.
- On travel costs, I have reduced traveling to my client drastically, reducing mostly my fuel costs, which are one of my highest day-to-day costs.
- It has given me an opportunity to offer multiple support to my clients without the need to travel and hence increase my income as I can invoice more clients than I used to.

I implemented my TeamViewer personally and am more than grateful for the support I got that made me even upgrade my license as I initially bought the wrong license but was guided on which license best suited my type of work. The licensing team guided me well, and I am more than satisfied with the service I am receiving.
I have not explored these features, but I will do so in the near future.
