Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer deployment on all user's devices was finished on time. It took very little time and effort to install and configure TeamViewer on all the devices. Their technical team offered us outstanding support. We used the TeamViewer Active Directory Connector to create TeamViewer accounts straight from Active Directory, which saved our significant time.
TeamViewer is being used by us to provide technical support to our team members. It allowed us to remotely connect to user's device to detect and fix system-related problems. It enabled us to conduct routine tasks like software installation, path updating, etc. remotely. It provided us extraordinary remote support experience.
