Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I was totally satisfied TeamViewer implementation because I was the part of it. I also had past experience with it that is why, It was very smooth for me. Team of TeamViewer is always supportive and they provide 24X7 support to their clients. And their behavior is always nice towards their clients as well.
We use TeamViewer to securely connect to computers and servers in different locations, specially when there is no direct network access. It helps our team quickly fix technical issues, support users, and work together during system problems. It also keeps a record of all sessions and follow strict security rules, which is important for our industry.

Cons

  • It uses a lot of computer power.
  • It is not always smooth on slow internet.

It took around 3 to 4 weeks for us to take economic advantage of the TeamViewer.
I have used AnyDesk for my personal project as I still use it as it is totally free for me. But my company is using TeamViewer but I must say both have their own advantages and both works well for me. But I talk about TeamViewer, Then it is best for business perspective because of the security is provides.

I am giving it a 9 rating because of the support it has provided in our work. There was a time our company was supporting an university exam and their servers were in the university. All of the sudden server started having some sort of issue and team was not able to solve that issue so they connected with me over TeamViewer. As I am an expert in server issues so I solved that issue in few minutes.
