Overall Satisfaction with Todoist

I am the only person within our agency that uses Todoist. I use it for work and personal task management. So whilst it doesn't directly address business problems, it helps me to feel better organized and on top of day-to-day tasks.
  • It's simplicity is key to me.
  • Given I use the free version, I have no issues with Todoist.
  • I couldn't define a monetary return for Todoist but it provides me with great peace of mind each and every day.
I first used Evernote for a range of tasks and it was great for a while but once new apps and tools emerged, the role of a to-do app in my life became more specific. So I started trialing a few such as Remember the Milk and Google Keep. They do the same job but ultimately it was the simplicity and experience I enjoyed the most about Todoist.
I've never had to contact support.

Todoist is well suited for the individual that is currently writing to-do lists on pieces of paper. The digital record and access to those important to-do items is a huge asset. On the flip side, if you're trying to use your access to larger project management tools for basic task management, Todoist can be a nice break from the complex features. It's not necessarily well-suited if you need to collaborate or are using it for more complex tasks.
