Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

You have your own rep who is available to you by phone or email during their business hours. If they are off or unavailable then you will be transferred to another rep for assistance.
Website is easy to navigate. Only difficulty is getting reports.
HR/Payroll.

Pros

  • Customer service is excellent.
  • Account managers always available.
  • Website is clear and easy to use.
  • Email alerts /emails from trinet are helpful and useful.

Cons

  • Reports option on website is slow and difficult to use.
  • Payroll efficiency has increased since using trinet.
  • HR issues that arise have been handled compliantly since using trinet.
Trinet is superior to Intuit Payroll on every level. Customer service is outstanding.
If you have specific questions that need to be answered for payroll or HR issues, TriNet is always available to have answers. If they don't have the answer they will get back to you within 24 hours.
