Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We are using it across the entire organization. TriNet allows us as a small organization to have a fully comprehensive HR solution for management of our employees.
Pros
- TriNet has allowed us to manage employee payroll for various types of pay types easily.
- TriNet allows us to give our employees Healthcare options instead of them having to obtain on their own.
- TriNet's customer service and support is exceptional. It is very easy to talk with someone via email or phone for any questions or problems we have encountered.
Cons
- The Benefits Investment Strategy was very confusing to figure out primarily because of the terminology used. Would like to see more clarification as the employer next year when it is time to make decisions about the upcoming year.
- The reporting tool is not as user friendly as I would like. There is difficulty downloading reports to excel, sometimes taking numerous tries and having to closeout the browser and start over before it works.
- The per person fee is quite expensive.
- Our Company started using TriNet to help manage HR/Payroll services and offer Heathcare options to our employees. While it has done that, I'm not convinced that the cost is worth the product for our situation.
TriNet is better for HR Management than QuickBooks but not Payroll
