Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is our HR department. We use them for payroll, benefits and all related HR needs.

Pros

  • Accurate and on time payroll
  • Great range of benefit offerings
  • Responsiveness to questions or issues

Cons

  • Better push information about benefits
  • Maintain competitive pricing
This is a major strength with TriNet. They are fast to respond to phone calls or emails and they work diligently to get answers and resolve problems. My support has been stellar.
The only reason this is not a 10 is that technology is always evolving and there will always be room for tweaks.
  • Payroll is on time and accurate
  • PTO tracking is simple and straight forward
The TriNet offering was more comprehensive.
TriNet has met all my needs as it relates to HR. They are responsive to any questions that I or my team have and they allow me to concentrate on my business rather than regular HR activities.
