Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for all of our HR and payroll requirements, including healthcare, 401k, and expense reporting. We needed a full cafeteria of services to attract and retain employees, and found TriNet's options equal or superior to alternative suppliers.
- Great selection of healthcare plans.
- The website is clean and easy to navigate.
- Excellent service. When I have questions, I can email/chat/call and get well-informed answers.
- The "Help" function could use a better search engine. I often find myself calling the helpline because I can't find an answer using the search function.
- 401k investment options are way too restrictive. Alternatively, setting up a self-directed investment account is complex and confusing.
