Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

HR, Payroll, Benefits. TriNet helps us avoid setting up in-house systems and hiring personnel.

  • 401(k) should be better integrated using TriNet support and enabling matching changes, for example.
We had a dedicated person for onboarding. Also a dedicated point person for support. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
This score would be higher except the 401(k) could be more integrated.
  • Saved time and hassle setting up the HR, personnel infrastructure.
  • Helps stay in compliance.
  • Very cost effective for the services provided.
