Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for HRBI at our small startup and like the speed and flexibility it gives us to quickly add new employees and manage contractors.

Pros

  • Quickly Onboarding new employees
  • Employee onboarding policy acceptance
  • Employee Classifications (FTE/Contractor)

Cons

  • Integration with Google workspaces
  • User Interface
  • Employee Portal
  • It has helped us grow and scale
  • It easily helps employees set leave
  • Trinet manages company policies for acceptance with ease.
The UI is a bit dated and some things are hard to find
Support is generally available but wouldn't be as needed if things were designed more intuitively
Rippling seems a bit easier with an easier, user friendly UI

A small or mid-sized business or mid-late stage startup. Onboarding contractors for a short project. TriNet seems to perform exceptionally well in this scenario. For a larger company, it seems like it would be clunky. Also the UI is a bit dated.
