Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
I used TriNet's ATS and HRIS. As the Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter), I used TriNet to keep records of all candidates as they moved through the hiring process. I have worked with ATS systems and TriNet has a lot of work to do to make it user-friendly. I had to continuously train the hiring managers every time we opened up a new request because it is hard to maneuver through the software during the hiring process and to make sure the entire hiring team is on the same page. I had a lot on my plate as the only recruiter in the company and this just added more to my plate. I would also like to see a seamless transition between the ATS and the HRIS as you they go from candidate to new hire. As of right now, not everything transfers.
- Adding a candidate to the ATS by their resume.
- Being able to link our website (open positions) with the link given by TriNet to seamlessly send candidates to apply for positions through LinkedIn.
- Being able to find a candidate per job through the Trinet's ATS.
- Once signed into TriNet and I want to enter the ATS, I have to resign again, it's very frustrating.
- When the candidate is moving the process, being able to customize the drop down menu to add additional steps.
- A better way for the hiring team to share notes and easier.
- Once a candidate is hired, their information can be transferred seamlessly from the ATS to the HRIS.
- I mainly used the ATS and I had to do a lot of extra work than other ATS's I have used in the past.
- When hiring a candidate, transferring the information from the ATS to the HRIS is nil, there is a lot you have to manually put in, which can be very frustrating.
- I like the way how I can upload a candidates resume seamlessly.
