Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is a robust Payroll and HRIS system that is very efficient and user friendly. In addition, the client support team is amazing. They are front and center and act as an extension of the in-house Payroll and HR team. I would recommend TriNet with no hesitation! If you are currently not working with TriNet, check them out!!!!

Using TriNet

56 - Each employee has the ability to log into Trinet to review they payroll information.
2 - HR professionals that have used several payroll platforms.

The move to Trinet has been beneficial to the employees. The offerings of benefits has also improved.

It was a smooth process, just make sure you communicate clearly to the employees.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Communicate, communicate, communicate, to the employees so they understand what is happening and why.
  • The 401k implementation was rough
