Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet offers top payroll services paired with an assigned HR Manager. We have had a great experience with our HR Manager that has been a huge asset to manage our business across multiple states. We also really value the top health benefits at very affordable prices for smaller businesses available in all the states in which we are.

TriNet is super simple to use and very user friendly. Our employees use both the online platform as well as the mobile app. We use the various functionalities the platform provides. From time and attendance for our hourly employees, to PTO tracking, to health benefits enrollment. It's also great to run various reports as needed.
TriNet customer support is great and very prompt. They have a hotline that we can call to speak with someone on the phone. They also have a chat that can be accessed through the platform. They also have a case management system in the platform where you can open a case and it gets assigned and resolved through the case manager.
Overall, it was a better product, and it was also more cost effective. We ended up with better benefits for our employees and lower fees while also experiencing a better platform. The competitor was trying to charge us a very large one time set up fee, which we did not have with TriNet.

It's great for smaller businesses to offer a complete package of payroll services, Human Resources services, and complete health benefits. It's a simple way to get a high quality platform to run your payroll. TriNet also offers Human Resources services with highly qualified professionals to help you navigate through any HR issues.
