Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet as an HRIS and payroll platform.
Pros
- TriNet EXCELLS at Customer Service is the best support team I have ever had. They are intelligent and knowledgeable. They respond quickly, and their answers are thorough and helpful. Another payroll company supports us for a different company, and it's night and day. I can't say enough good things about them. I love my support team!
- The rest of the team is responsive and supportive. It's easy for both employees and company reps to get a response.
- The platform is customer-friendly.
Cons
- Cost.
- Easier to transfer employees between entities that are part of a group.
- TriNet is excellent for compliance purposes. I am happy that we are getting help with ACA and EEO-1 reporting.
- I love having a knowledgeable team that I trust and to whom I can reach out when I have questions.
- TriNet manages all our tax reporting, facilitating payroll administration.
TriNet's support team is the best team I have ever worked with. SAP and ADP are good platforms. Paychex support is poor.
