TriNet is the way to go
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We like to redirect employees to TriNet HR specialists when they have questions or concerns about issues that may arise during the week at work. This feature is super helpful since we don't have a formal HR department. We also use it to pay people via payroll and will begin tracking applicants with the applicant tool system.
Pros
- They answer the phone for the company admin (me) pretty quickly
- They are good about following up on reference questions/emails
- TriNet provides all types of trainings and webinars for us to attend if we want to learn how to best utilize the system
Cons
- I have a hard time figuring out where things are and tend to click around a bunch
- If a person has HR realted questions, I think it's best to set up a time to discuss live instead of sending a very long email. Emails can be used to summarize the discussion instead of explaining a very long answer
- I think TriNet could do a better job at slowing down a bit during the onboarding process. It felt a little rushed and chaotic for me, as a newbie managing a bunch of different tasks for the team. Nonetheless, my implementation manager Denise Chaparro was AMAZING!
- Improve HR compliance
- Reduce time spent on administrative tasks
- Applicant tracking system
