TriNet Makes My Life Easier
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
I use TriNet for payroll, benefits management, and benchmarking. TriNet is SO helpful with these different functions. I always feel extremely supported when I need guidance or assistance. TriNet helps me navigate other issues such as managing accommodation requests and things like termination laws in various states, as we are a multi-state employer.
Pros
- Payroll - the platform is extremely easy to use and my Payroll contact, Kiersten, is quick to respond anytime I need her help
- Open Enrollment - the comms TriNet sends out to both me as an admin and the people who use TriNet benefits is very clear
- Benchmarking - I recently had a meeting about full service benchmarking and it was very informative and helpful
Cons
- It would be nice to have updated rates for health insurance sooner than we get them (I think we get them in March or April and have to make decisions on moving forward within a month or so. It feels like a tight turnaround time)
- Pricing - maybe a clearer breakdown of feeds and what's included would help
- Anytime I email LOA for support it feels like the response time is VERY slow
- Improved compliance confidence: Staying up to date with changing state and federal laws has reduced risk
- Scalability: Support for hiring and managing employees across multiple states has made growth easier
- Access to stronger benefits: Being part of a larger benefits pool has allowed small/mid-sized businesses to offer more competitive packages
