Overall Satisfaction with Twilio Programmable Voice
We're currently using it for some of our call contact centers with no real need for reporting, and we also use it for some Sip Trunking.
- Easy to set up and use without a ton of infrastructure.
- It's pay as you go, so if you're low utilization but need the professional setup, then this is great.
- Reporting is the biggest problem, in my opinion.
- The second would be some of the management tools.
- It's easy to use and manage numbers, flows, and trunks for our groups.
The others have a ton of built-in features that are very nice to have with a traditional PBX or CC platform. For some companies, these aren't necessary. Twilio is great because, if you have a very specific use case that doesn't involve most of those other features, then Twilio may be perfect for you.
