Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ultipro is being used to pay our employees. Everything from HRIS, Benefits, to Pay

Pros and Cons

Customer Support is top notch. I usually get a very quick turnaround time with any issues or problems. Very knowledgeable staff and quick results are the norm.
Work Flow Easy is a big deal for us. We are able to create a change and go thru multiple levels of approval without any problem. You can always see where the item is within the workflow process.
Assistance with our annual benefits setup and rollout. This is a huge project and they always come forward to help us to make sure we are on the right track

Custom Reporting could [use] a little help. Sometimes I have to call and get assistance to make things happen.
GL setup and structure. We have recently changed our GL structure and it is not an easy transition to change over
Employee self serve could [use] a little more instruction/assistance. Employees get confused.

ADP Workforce Now

UKG was able to meet our needs and allow us to add modules if wanted. Core is much more robust.
Very simple to integrate with out time keeping system.
More bang for the buck.
Better customer service

Performance

I have not had any issues with UKG performance.
Larger reports may take a little longer, but it is still very quick

I have always had quick response times from UKG.
The support staff has always been very knowledgeable and will to assist.
They like to help you with your issue and show you how to correct if needed again.
They also provide articles and step by step instruction if necessary.
I am a very hands on person. They will help by explaining what and why, which is a big deal to me

I have always had exceptional support. It would be harder to find a time when I did not have exceptional support.

We are currently bringing on a sister company. Which shows our commitment to UKG. We are moving our sister company from their current HRIS to UKG. We have already moved them to Kronos for time keeping as well.
