Ultipro is being used to pay our employees. Everything from HRIS, Benefits, to Pay
- Customer Support is top notch. I usually get a very quick turnaround time with any issues or problems. Very knowledgeable staff and quick results are the norm.
- Work Flow Easy is a big deal for us. We are able to create a change and go thru multiple levels of approval without any problem. You can always see where the item is within the workflow process.
- Assistance with our annual benefits setup and rollout. This is a huge project and they always come forward to help us to make sure we are on the right track
- Custom Reporting could [use] a little help. Sometimes I have to call and get assistance to make things happen.
- GL setup and structure. We have recently changed our GL structure and it is not an easy transition to change over
- Employee self serve could [use] a little more instruction/assistance. Employees get confused.

- Ability to feed info to vendors
- Accessibility for our employees
UKG was able to meet our needs and allow us to add modules if wanted. Core is much more robust.

I have always had exceptional support. It would be harder to find a time when I did not have exceptional support.
