Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro as our HRIS and Payroll system. Over the years we have added Onboarding, Recruitment, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and most recently Document Manager. We are looking to implement UKG Learning and UKG Voice to have a fully integrated system. UKG is our system of record for employee information, payroll processing and information, performance reviews, job competitions, employee file management and more. The system is very configurable to meet individual needs and the Ultimate Community is a wealth of knowledge and resources.

  • All add-ons of UKG Pro integrate seamlessly making it a powerful software program
  • UKG Pro is very configurable to meet the specific needs of companies
  • It is easy to use and navigate
  • The mobile app is loved by all employees and provides on-demand access
  • The Ultimate Community is amazing!! On-demand information on all products and how they are used. Connect with other companies that use UKG Pro and learn from each other.
  • The Learning Centre is also amazing!! Learning right at your fingertips anytime, anywhere.
  • When exploring new modules both prior and post purchase and launch, it would be nice to see real world examples of how the product is used at similar companies.
  • Having a UKG Pro expert reach out from time to time with tips on how we can use our instance of UKG Pro to the fullest extent. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know.

We were able to centralize performance management (reviews, goals, and coaching notes as well as competencies). We were able to centralize Time Management with the introduction of UKG Time Classic and Time Off to allow employees to take control of their own timesheets and time off requests, providing better engagement and streamline the process across the organization.
Yes! Not too long ago I completed an import for our annual market adjustment salary increase. I had the incorrect effective date in my data file. Instead of using 2023, I had input 2022 and when the import was completed, the data was imported to the incorrect year. My heart sank. I called the rapid response number and UKG was able to change the effective date to the correct date, averting disaster! All of this was done in less than 30 minutes. The assistance that UKG provides is amazing!

I've really only had positive experiences with UKG Pro. Most recently we completed an import for salary changes but the data file contained information that should not have been imported and UKG was immediately on it to help us remove the job history record from those who weren't supposed to receive an increase.
