Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
UKG Pro is a our HRIS system which is used for Payroll and Benefits management. We have several of the modules to address workforce management, learning, performance and document management. UKG Pro assists us with the various facets of managing our employees and the HR functions. We have enjoyed the seamless interaction between the various modules which allows for easy integration and use of the product.

- UKG Pro is a time saver for our organization. As we have added modules we have seen tasks that have taken much longer to perform completed quicker and easier.
- Having the HR processes on the same platform has also been a benefit.
- The ability to report on the data in UKG has also been a major benefit for our organization.
We have been able to setup and use the same processes for managing our global employees. While we have shifted the responsibilities to the various regions throughout the globe, the same process is used by all regions and it has helped tremendously with managing and updating our employee population. We have seen the same with our US locations as we have been able to move manual processes on the plant floor to be standard processes within the system that everyone uses.
A recent enhancement to the system will make the process of performing open enrollment each year much easier. In years past, the setup for OE has been tedious and required the recreation of the same plans each year. With this recent enhancement it is now possible to copy these plans from the previous year which will shave time off of the Open Enrollment setup process. That will be a game changer going forward and give back some very valuable time during such a busy time of the year.
My experience with HRIS systems is limited to UKG Pro. It is the only HRIS I have worked with. I have worked with other systems that perform the tasks of some of its models and have found that when used with the various modules the overall experience with UKG is great. The ability to have all of the modules on the same platform makes the integration between UKG Pro and the modules great!

I was not aware of an option to purchase premium support. What is premium support?
Yes - Yes. In most cases, the response is within a timely manner and the issue is resolved eventually.
Unfortunately, nothing is coming to mind specifically, but I do recall working with some good reps. I do recall working with a UKG rep. who helped us transition from back office to web payroll processing and the 2nd rep. who helped us really out shined the first person who was working with us and made us comfortable with the process and was there with us through the whole thing.
