Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready for Time & Attendance and Time Off Accruals.

Pros

  • Timesheet record keeping.
  • Transparency - audit trails, history reports.

Cons

  • We have had ongoing issues with our accruals.
  • Auto generate timesheets in the "Team Timesheets" view.
  • Granting manager access is cumbersome - access needs to be given in multiple places.
  • The sync between Pro and Ready in my opinion is terrible and needs much improvement.
  • Auto assign Employee Time Zones based on work location.
  • Unknown
I find the sync between Pro and Ready is terrible. We often have to submit cases because information does not transfer correctly or in a timely manner. Certain important data points are not included in the sync, and reporting is not combined either, so we often need to run two reports (Pro and Ready) and then combine them using a VLookup.
The integration with Pro is terrible. See my previous responses.
Due to our setup of Pro and Ready, it's hard to say the true benefits of only Ready. We have more pain points due to the integration than we do anything else.

It is a simple system that makes user experience easy, but it is also not suited for larger companies or a Pro / Ready combination.
