Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We are a retailer with over 200 locations operating in 14 states. Ultipro provides a platform that is paperless for our Employees and Managers to that we are able to handle Human Resources needs and problems globally without issues. Because of the seamless processing from recruitment to termination and every function in between, we require less headcount in the Human Resources Department and are better able to manage people from a distance.
- I think the seamless system is a great benefit. I have used other HRIS/Payroll systems that buy different pieces of software and bolt them onto their core system. There are always issues with those systems.
- Tax preparation. The system handles any tax situation well and truly understands the complexity of some of the state, local and federal tax laws. We have never had any tax reporting issues as a result.
- They update the software twice a year. The changes are based on user feedback and forward addressing of changes in the marketplace.
- I would like for Ultipro to have a built in LMS. We use another LMS that we launch from Ultipro but having something integrated would help reduce logins and help with reporting functionality.
- I would like to see Ultipro have a less rigorous process of adding new companies and making changes to the system. Sometimes it feels that it takes longer to get through the red tape than it does to get a project started and finished.
- Implemented in-house
