Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used across our entire company - including several different business units. Prior to UltiPro, all business units were on separate and disconnected instances of the old payroll system. This presented reporting and standardization issues. With UltiPro we can finally get a full picture of our entire organization, identify trends, make predictions, etc.
- Customization - we are able to accommodate many different requirements for each of our business units.
- Analytics - There are some amazing tools to be used!
- The ability to make job history corrections is missing - it was scheduled for a recent release, but pulled back. I am looking forward to when they do roll this out.
- In Time & Attendance, it would be very beneficial to have the option to send email notifications when a Vacation day is requested.

- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
The consolidation to one single solution was a huge win. It's the first time in our company's 100+ year history that we have had all of our employee data in one place. This is important as we address concerns related to an aging workforce. Additionally, UltiPro has automated several very manual processes thus freeing up time for our HR staff - and we aren't even done yet! We are working through a few other facets of the system to provide further automation for our users.
UltiPro gives you the best "bang for your buck". It's a great product, without an exorbitant price tag. Their customer service and training options are far superior to the other vendors in my experience. UltiPro also has a strong commitment to continuous improvement of their product (which I have seen first hand). They truly take customer feedback into account and use that to build out their next releases.
