Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG Pro is the HRIS platform that manages our people data across the organization. We were seeking a unified solution to eliminate issues with disparate systems. UKG Pro helped simplify processes, allowed the HR team to become more strategic, automated workflow to reduce data errors and introduced self-service to our associates.
  • Training is offered at no additional cost. You have 24/7 access to webinars, quick tours, documentation, etc. which really helps you become more invested in UKG Pro.
  • Customer support is superior. You have access to knowledge experts who are interested in your successful use of UKG Pro.
  • The UKG Pro user interface is intuitive allowing for ease of use by both managers and associates.
  • UKG Pro has an amazing user resource called UKG Community that offers a wealth of information.
  • Tax Filing can be tricky. Be sure to understand the process and keep on top of any action on your part.
  • Using a new system can be intimidating. Take as much training as possible to fully understand how to best leverage all of the features of UKG Pro.
  • Try to plan for the possibility of future growth upfront. Think about where you are trying to be in 10 years - will your HRIS platform sustain your growth plan?

Our top goals for implementing a new provider were to save money, reduce time, eliminate data errors, and eliminate disparate systems. With UKG Pro we have one unified solution satisfies HR, payroll, talent management, general ledger, tax filing, payment services, merit increases, bonus planning, performance reviews, recruiting, onboarding, etc. The Human Resources function has been able to move away from being transactional to being more strategic.
Human Resources was a shared service across two companies. UKG Pro allowed the team to access employee data in one centralized solution. The reporting and analytics capabilities have increased visibility into workplace trends and areas to focus on improving. We were able to streamline processes through process reengineering and even plan for business continuity needs.
When the Web Import Tool (WIT) was launched, we were able to take action to update several employee records with a few steps. This changed our experience tremendously as we no longer had to rely on support for assistance. We use the WIT on a regular basis for annual increases, mass loading job changes, etc.
The sales process with UKG wasn't overly pushy and they didn't oversell the product. We were informed upfront about the features and limitations and they were absolutely honest with us the entire time. We also felt as if we were part of the family at UKG - which has a lot to say with their service model and on-going support. We are truly partners for life and our success is shared with our team at UKG.

The UKG Pro offers key HRIS features to support the lifecycle of an employee and beyond. While most HRIS solutions have this functionality, there are unique differentiators around this product, services and on-going support with UKG that are remarkable. UKG as a whole puts people first in everything they do - that not only influences the experience you have with the product and services, it also positively impacts your experience as a client. The UKG Community is such a valuable resource that puts knowledge articles, learning, and more at your fingertips. UKG partners solicit feedback from clients on a regular basis and they are always seeking ways to improve the employee experience.
