Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

It's used across the organization for time management, payroll, HRIS and recruiting.
  • User support is great and has improved greatly over the last few years.
  • Proactive communication- giving a heads-up to things coming ahead.
  • Great employees, friendly and helpful.
  • It's been a while since I accessed online training, but I've found this to be not intuitive. May have already been fixed.
  • BI could be easier to use.
  • We've recently used it for performance reviews. The process is clunky and not easy to change/adjust.

  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
  • Security and peace of mind
For the most part, I feel that we've achieved these outcomes.
I used ADP at another company, and it was very cumbersome and not easy to make changes when needed. I find UltiPro to be much more user-friendly.
UltiPro's performance has improved in the last several years. We previously described it as 'glitchy'. I haven't noticed any of these same issues recently.
Support has improved over the last few years also. UltiPro's staff are friendly and eager to help. I have no complaints with this.
I had to set up a new deduction code that was tax-free for employees to donate vacation time to a hurricane relief charity. As Controller, I'm not the standard user, so I have a lot of knowledge and access but not the practical expertise to perform system setup (as I don't do it often). It was also an oddball request, and I was impressed with the help that I received.
UltiPro is great for the employee interaction. Actions such as downloading tax forms, requesting time off, and accessing links is super simple. We've price checked other payroll/HRIS systems and UltiPro is very competitive.

We used UltiPro for employee reviews this year and it's not the greatest module. Would like to see some improvements here.
