Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UltiPro is used for payroll, employee information, time tracking, and a few other purposes. UltiPro is used by both our corporate and field teams. UltiPro has been effective in providing transparency and clarity into my documentation, time tracking, and current information. Overall it's easy to use and straight forward.

Housing supporting documentation.
Tracking sick days/PTO.
Securely relaying W2 documents.

Integrate with additional software.
Include benefits program software.

Consolidating HR administration under a single solution

I'm not an HR Administrator but as the end-user, I feel that it meets expectations as a software.

Alternatives Considered

ADP Enterprise eTIME and Workday Cloud Platform

Slightly less encompassing of a full HR suite.

It's great for a fairly basic option for employee management and HR purposes. I can't say there's anything amazing about it.
