It is being used for payrolling and onboarding.

- Would like to see emails being recorded in UltiPro

No, currently using 2 other programs for recruitment and onboarding. These two systems do not communicate with each other. A lot of moving parts when vetting out candidates and getting the onboarding started. The onboarding system we currently have isn’t paperless yet. Very time consuming to print out new hire forms for Onboarding completion.
I wasn’t involved in bringing in UltiPro into the organization but it very user-friendly with inputting information for each of the contractors we hire to work. No issues on uploading Onboarding documents or keying in direct deposit or tax information. I think it’s one of the best programs out there for HR processes.
When we had any questions from switching from one program to the next. The representative was available to help with the issue. Rolling over from one program to UltiPro was a breeze.
