Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is our payroll and talent management software. We use the recruiting functions for posting jobs and screening applications, the digital onboarding for new employees, and the employee portal for time cards, important corporate notifications, career tracking, and more.
- Easy to navigate! Whether as a recruiter or employee, it is simple to find the links and resources you need and to update information.
- Great mobile app!
- Customer support from UltiPro while onboarding the software to our company was outstanding. Clear timeline to launch and clear expectations of the investment of time and resources needed from us.
- It would be nice if salaried exempt employees could save their weekly schedule in the time card rather than only save their departments. Having to manually enter hours is tedious especially if your time is divided regularly across multiple departments.
- We use Workfront for project management and have not been able to figure out how to pipe billable hours from Workfront into UltiPro. This means that operations employees need to enter their time twice, in two different systems each pay period.

Yes! UltiPro streamlined our administrative functions and makes it much easier for employees to self-service their records or retrieve information they’re looking for. Clear management tracking also means less subjective reviews.

When we were getting set up, we wanted to customize the look of the platform to our corporate color. Somehow in the process of doing this, I accidentally erased a good chunk of our setup progress! Our account manager was able to fix it and we didn’t miss a beat!
