Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is currently being used at 2 locations to process payroll and handle open enrollment. One location uses it for recruiting and time management as well. I hope to expand the use to the other locations.
  • Reporting and BIA are great.
  • Processing and calculating payroll are accurate.
  • Managing vacation and time off.
  • I can't think of anything.
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
I hope to achieve this. The other locations are still using other alternatives.
Similar to other cloud-based programs. We like that UltiPro assigned one person to our account and also that they would provide our tax filing uploads even though we were filing our taxes ourselves.
I don't have any complaints so far. Once reports are created and set-up, there's no trouble running them.
Sometimes responses are not as quick as we would like.
Libby Muerth was our implementation specialist. She went well beyond her job to assist the payroll person in the beginning following Go LIve.
I would recommend it. I really can't think of a company where UltiPro wouldn't be useful.
