Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

Whenever we need number of resources to test our application using specific device we use UserTesting. This helped us to improve the UI of our application before it goes in actual market.We do get advice from UX team of UserTesting. Their advise really helped to improve our business through customer satisfaction.

Never contacted the support as its been taken care by other team.
But as feedback received from the same team was satisfactory and the suggestion given was they need to improve the response time over the tickets raised from the business. As quick response will always be helpful in customer satisfaction journey.
From usability perspective its not that much difficult to access different resources on UserTesting but yes few time we need to spend to understand basic things.Also on the other hand UserTesting is providing help in terms of videos and topics posted. It was helpful in few cases.
In person and Customer feedback was good. The benefit we get is we did not had to find expertise in market for specific things instead we get all those things at single place.
Userlytics was evaluated before but coverage of services was less as compare to UserTesting.

UserTesting is suitable when to have a team who will take care of your digital business in terms of UX design, marketing , device testing and in depth reports based on customer inputs. It is less suitable when you have internal sites which are not customer facing and improving the same will not increase your business revenue.
