Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting
It helps us improve our systems and their performance. We can either test our products, usability unmoderated tests or use our tools to do tests to measure our performance on the use testing platform. UserTesting enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of usability testing processes providing quick result feedback, utilizing an intuitive platform, and accessing a large pool of users.
Pros
- The simplicity of their page
- Large pool of users
- Fast results after doing the study
Cons
- Sometimes the page doesn't work well (bugs, not loading properly...)
- More options for Latin America
- Offer more tests
- This is not visible or accessible for everyone here, but it's been really helpful and we continue working with it.
Collecting authentic feedback with fast results in this digital era has been invaluable for us. We target non-professional UX testers to get more credible insights, and we get guidance on product development, they help us identify pain points and it has helped us reduce complaints.

Evaluating UserTesting and Competitors
- Ease of Use
Ease of use and speed were the biggest reasons we chose UserTesting. It’s really simple to set up and get feedback quickly, which was exactly what we needed. Being able to hear directly from users helped us make better decisions fast. Scalability was also helpful as more teams started using it. Integration wasn’t a huge factor at the start, but it ended up making sharing insights much easier across the team.
I was not involved in the process
