Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
Vidyard helps us solve customer support tickets as well as communicate better in our sales process. We really like using the ios app to record videos on the fly and send them to our clients and prospects. Many times recording custom videos is way quicker to execute and improves the customer experince.

Fairly easy to integrate although it does not come close to integrating with everything we need it to.

Vidyard is a better quality product with a more seamless and clean process.
Sales scenarios are where Vidyard is best suited. Also anyone in customer service. We use it often to send text videos to customers and prospects. The deliverability of the video that includes the preview in the message chain is incredible and a core feature we like. May not be appropriate for some smaller companies because of the price.
