Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
I wanted an easy and more secure way of sharing videos easily. I use Vidyard to onboard and welcome new clients and share how-tos.
- Easy to share videos.
- Very responsive customer service.
- Extension works well with Gmail and it is easy to insert videos.
- I do not appreciate that I sold a B2B solution when it was obvious it was not necessary.
- I think that the folders option in the backend is a bit confusing.
- The backend is a bit clunky - it is hard to edit videos and understand where things are.
- I haven't gotten my return on investment yet but it does make me look professional.
- People respond well the videos, especially when I do audits.
