Since this platform is used across many departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) in our organization, the ease of use was the most important factor. The ability to roll out a product across multiple departments is always a challenge, so we desire for the adoption to be easy and seamless. Vidyard has exceeded those expectations.
I wouldn't really change anything. The rollout was efficient and easy for our teams that use the software. I would love to see more of how other customers use the software for their business. It would give us more ideas on how to grow, expand and be creative in how we use it on a daily basis.

Our journey was marked by an on-the-fly learning curve, revealing that the implementation process could have been optimally structured across multiple sessions rather than a singular endeavor.By breaking down the implementation into distinct phases, we could have harnessed the opportunity to absorb and integrate lessons learned from each stage.

Instead, I'd advise opting for a certain level of training to ensure a more comprehensive understanding.While the product's intuitiveness allows for self-guided exploration, structured training can provide a deeper dive into its functionalities and features.
Configuring Vidyard
It would be quite advantageous if videos could be stored across multiple folders concurrently. At present, once a video is transferred to a particular folder, it becomes confined solely to that location. However, envisioning a scenario where videos could seamlessly exist in multiple folders simultaneously presents a compelling proposition. This enhanced functionality would afford us greater flexibility in organizing and accessing our content, aligning with the dynamic and interconnected nature of our operations.
