Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Our whole organization uses Webex App. Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes we face some glitches, problems while taking access to others system via Webex App. And sometimes audio goes too low automatically. But overall I can give 7.5 out of 10. It is very simple to learn, easily synchs with all 3rd party applications. It is very secure, beautiful look & scalable.

Pros

  • Connecting multiple time zone locations, connecting N number of devices.
  • More simple & easy to learn.
  • Highly secure and privacy is maintained.
  • Available for all types of devices.

Cons

  • Sound quality needs to be improved.
  • Glitches can be avoided during multiple times zones meeting.
  • During remotely accessing another system via Webex App more glitches can be avoided.
  • It is worth to use.
  • Suits all businesses and organisations.
  • Apart from some minor issues, it is perfect app.
We started with a focus on core chat and messaging features — and soon realized the process is not complete without at least looking at other features like genuine collaboration and video services. Webex App service standout over other service providers because it has most features that requires for all modes & types of meetings from business to virtual fun activity.
Except small issues, overall it's good for any businesses and organisations. And there are some scope for innovation and creativity too. Overall UI is quite old fashioned. We can create more interactive UI & build with high responsive icons and symbols. We can make the app more dynamic and fluid with back-end sophisticated infrastructure management tools.

Business oriented application, good service, better UI. Easy to use, easy to learn. Simple application. More mature application. All functionality in one bucket. Security & privacy is high priority in Webex App. Easy to connect via multiple devices. Competitively compatible with all environments and it infrastructure management tools. Great feel after use of Webex App.
Well suited to Webinars with 500+ attendees. Well suited to e-learning schools and colleges. Well suited to live telecast of political management tools Well suited to quick catch up meetings as secure platform. Well suited to IT INFRASTRUCTURE service center. Well suited to remotely located small village co operative group/independent rural community groups.
