Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex is one of the best products of Cisco. I worked in many companies so far and everywhere I found this product. Moreover, it's a very reliable and multifunctional product.

Pros

  • It's work really well and our company does prefer this.
  • It works very smooth and user friendly.
  • We can login with laptop or via mobile it doesn't take too much bandwidth.
  • Audio functionality and quality are very good.

Cons

  • There is no improvements required.
  • I've not noticed any issue with this. It works very well.
  • It's an excellent application for conference or video conferencing.
  • It's really good app and works very well.
  • We can access it from anywhere.
  • We can control it as per requirement.
Most of the time when I've used Webex and every time I felt better and confident. However, when I use other products sometimes I felt slowness or it doesn't work on low bandwidth.

We do work on major technical issues on daily basis and whenever any P1 or P2 issue reports. We always refer to Webex where 100+ users or technical teams can join us. We troubleshoot the issue and some take more than 8 hrs or more than that. It works without failure.
