Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Webex for conducting meetings with our clients. It is a very easy-to-use app and has all the required customization tools and options that one would require for a business meeting. During the lockdown, when all of us shifted to work from home, Cisco Webex was the one online conferencing app that solved our problems and helped us continue our work without any communication barrier.

- Sharing files
- Can be integrated with Outlook.
- Works great on both computer as well as mobile devices.
- Easy to share meeting invites via links.
- Sharing screen from mobile device.
- Whiteboard should have some more features.
- While sharing the screen, it shows too many panels on our screen, which make the content hidden from our viewers and also it's irritating to adjust panels again and again.
- Better communication since the pandemic
- Ease in scheduling repetitive meetings
- Saves cost of travelling for conferences
- Saves time because you can start meetings anytime anywhere
- Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom
I think Webex App is somewhat better than other video conferencing apps due to following reasons -
- Better quality of recorded sessions
- Better in terms of options for meeting customization
- Can be integrated with Outlook
- Ease of use
