Webex is a one-stop-shop.
Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
We are using Webex [Calling] internally for video conferencing, chat/sms and for calling. It is used across the whole organization but primarily within the account management team. It addresses a huge business problem that is our remote workforce. We have people all over the country, so Webex [Calling] allows us to easily communicate and collaborate within our own homes.
Pros
- Ease of use
- Inbound and Outbound calling
- Dial-in audio
- recordings
Cons
- VoIP calling
- Data sharing
- Collaborating on a single file
- Working from home is possible now
- Using the product that we sell makes it much easier for us to tell the story
- Since its not great at file sharing, we have other tools we use
I have worked with Webex Calling and I think it ties in very nicely. I have calls routed to my cell phone that I can take at any time or place. I have dealt a little with the Cisco contact center and that also is easy to work with.
I have never had any issues with Webex security. I think that is one thing Cisco does very, very well - maybe better than anyone else. The ability to set preferences on every single meeting makes that easy and I can always see how is about to join a meeting before they enter.
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Classroom
Webex [Calling] is the best for conference calling and for messing. Its not the best for sharing a file and collaborating internally. I find that Microsoft Teams has been an easier platform to do that on. But for every internal and external conference call I am using Webex [Calling] over anything else.
