Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

We use Webex calling to conduct inter-office meetings, messaging, and telecom.
  • Messaging.
  • Interactive video conferencing.
  • Impromptu meetings and screen sharing.
  • Allowing hosts to add permissions during calls.
  • Improve web browser plugin functionality and sharing documents.
  • Great solution and replacement for Jabber.
  • A more robust admin web page.
We have added the Webex firmware to our Cisco phones and incorporated Webex into our A/V conference rooms.
The security is pretty seamless, Cisco has done a great job of incorporating security with Webex.
Cisco has done a great job integrating other platforms, for instance, I can connect to Zoom and or MS Teams meetings through the Webex calling application on my desktop.
