Used as the main collaboration tool across the entire organization. Our teams are spread geographically and it allows for efficient communication whether it's video/chat/ad-hoc or scheduled meetings.

In our organization, we use the full suite—Webex Meeting/Teams as well as webex devices. The applications work most efficiently when the full suite is utilized. At that point, the user experience is easy and streamlined.
As a cloud-based platform, Webex calling provides end-to-end security whether using soft-based clients or physical handsets. The admin portal has a variety of settings allowing administrators to have control of a large number of settings related to meeting management. The platform integrates with a number of IDPs for SSO.
