Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling is being used as a day-to-day phone client replacing phones. It allows mobility so that we are reachable wherever we are.
  • Single apps not only for calling, but can be escalated easily to video call or group meeting.
  • Features parity with cellphone.
  • We save on cellphone cost.
  • We save on centralised PSTN model (via Cisco PSTN).
Messaging and meeting.
I love the interoperability with other Cisco end point such as desk pro.
Deskpro, deskcam, and headset.
