Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling is one of the main calling applications in the organisation. It is used for VoIP calls. It can also facilitate messaging and meeting organisation in one single application. It also supports integration with other applications and various platforms. It works across devices and platforms and it is suitable for home office schemes.

Integration with Microsoft outlook can be also achieved.
This can automate some activities and provide more efficient and hassle free processes.
As far as I know, Webex Calling is using end to end encryption for calls.
Microsoft Teams seems to have a more fresh and simple design, enhancing the user experience. The latest versions of Webex Calling also converge to some features of MS Teams. It seems to be more stable and quick than Webex Calling, at least most of the times. This applies also to various stakeholders that participate in the same meeting and/or call.

Webex Calling is well suited for intra and extra company communcation via calls and messages. It is cloud based and supported by many entities worldwide. At the same time, its messaging feature supports also written communication. Calls can be received on various devices and also be transfered from one device to another.
