Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling helps with cross enterprise collaboration in a very simple way. On any given business day there's a need to interact with colleagues internally located in various geographies, external partners, vendors, suppliers and most importantly customers. It's most important for customers to be able to reach out to us exactly at the time when they need support, not later. Webex Calling makes this possible, scheduling and meeting is simpler.

Pros

  • Easy administration and flexible
  • New features delivered very often

Cons

  • The realtime transcription grammar can be erroneous
  • Waiting to see how AI influences collaboration, this is not a limitation from Webex Calling, but only internal policies until now
  • Webex Calling reduces the need to manage multiple collaboration platforms, everyone uses it. Thus reducing the overhead costs and resources.
  • Support is easy to get.
  • May end up paying for features no one uses anymore.
We use Meetings & Events quite often, to host meetings of different scale ranging from 5 to 5000. As mentioned earlier, Webex Calling scales given the cloud backing.
In most events the Polling feature comes very handy to engage the audience and to get real time feedback. With Polling, its convenient to know the tone at the end of an event.
The feature set to host, manage large audience / participants is very extensive and doesn't require special training or skill set, Webex Calling is so simply intuitive by nature. In some of other platforms managing audience mute settings is so cumbersome and gets annoying for participants because of erroneous un-muting all behavior.
The security is always addressed by central policies and updated at regular intervals, must say admins make it so that security need not be a concern.
The scaling ability of Webex Calling is unbeatable and portrays the true cloud architecture. The near 0 lag and always up is easy to host, run & manage large scale events seamlessly. For admins they have managed Webex Calling since a very long time ago than the newer entrants. For enterprises, the support is always just around the corner.

For all internal colleagues using Webex Calling works very well to communicate across multiple geographies. With cloud enabled tech, recordings are easily saved and accessible on-demand.
Large scale audiences can be accommodated with no lag, administering such events is also seamless.
With connectivity on phone, staying in touch anywhere, anytime has been very convenient!
