Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

My company used a legacy corporate telephone system, based on on-premises technology. We didn't have the flexibility to make or receive calls if we were out of the office. After adopting Webex Calling, we saw a significant improvement in the availability to answer calls at any time. I can make calls working from home or even using 5G mobile networks while maintaining quality.

Webex Calling also has the flexibility to integrate with third-party platforms for customized features or even allows the customization of other functions through an API.
Webex Calling uses the Webex App as a means of communication. In the Webex App we have all the collaboration functionalities gathered in a single piece of software, through this App you can respond to messages, hold meetings, consult your calendar and much more.
Webex Calling is superior in terms of ease of operation, the tool is intuitive and makes the end user experience simple to use. Background noise removal is the best on the market, making calls clearer. Managing the cloud telephony platform is easy to install, it is not necessary to have a certified IT team to maintain the system.

Webex Calling is an ideal platform for companies that seek to professionalize hybrid work, looking for a sophisticated tool that provides reliability and security. Scenarios where the project requires integration with legacy SIP phones there is a difficulty in relation to the few models currently supported. Even older Cisco manufactured phones are not supported on the Multi-Tenant cloud platform.
