Overall Satisfaction with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
We're using Webex (formerly Webex Teams) for daily team meetings and project meetings across multiple groups. We'll using it as a video conference and remote collaboration tool. Meanwhile, we also use the Webex (formerly Webex Teams) as a video recoding tool for some important discussions and to save the record as future reference for ongoing development work.
- Stable and secure
- No VPN connection is required
- Video record tool is very useful
- More expensive compared other products
- Webex (formerly Webex Teams) has many version and some version does allow change the user background
- The dial-in audio conference info sometimes is difficult to find
- Positive impact is improving the users' productivity
- Webex (formerly Webex Teams) is more secure and reliable compared to other products
- One negative impact is that Webex (formerly Webex Teams) is more expensive than other products
Cisco Jabber is less expensive, but you need to access the company VPN before you can use it. The remote desktop and video record features are not as powerful Webex's (formerly Webex Teams). Some co-workers report their Cisco Jabber audio quality is bad and they can't hear other meeting participants. Sometimes Cisco Jabber can't be launched properly for some reason.
