Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We facilitate various learning sessions using Webex Meetings. Webex Meetings allows connection with a broader audience, as well as the ability to reach larger amounts of people. We currently use Webex Meetings on demand based on the needs of our clients. We have a dedicated group of clients who request Webex Meetings specifically, who rarely use other virtual platforms.

Pros

  • Chat functions - Saving, individual and group chatting

Cons

  • Breakout rooms can be clunky on some web browsers.
  • Lag when sharing screens.
  • Video and audio can be choppy on app if not in optimum wireless environment.
  • improve AI assistant use
  • Improve use of whiteboards and saving of whiteboards
  • Integration of sharing on social media
  • Being able to accommodate clients who ONLY use Webex Meetings.
  • Having enough enterprise accounts for various online learning.

Making sure everyone was trained to use the products. Making sure all functionality necessary was being used. Making sure there was plenty of trained virtual producers to troubleshoot any issues that arose.
We were able to provide multiple product solutions for hybrid meetings. There are clients who do not use anything except Webex Meetings. We had people in place with the knowledge of use and training to get everyone up to speed on using the products.
We have been able to connect to plan, strategize and facilitate various virtual sessions. We've been able to connect with global internal teams as well as global clients. We have experienced the joy of seeing people "Face to Face" regardless of their location or time zone. We have taken sales to another level because of access.
I would select Webex Meetings 2nd to Zoom. Although the functionalities are similar, there are some things that flow better with Zoom. The others are not as reliable for meetings as Webex Meetings or Zoom.

I think basic meetings are great for Webex Meetings. Best when there is less sharing, or only 1 presentation sharing with no sharing multiple documents or whiteboards. I also think it's less appropriate when there are multiple breakout rooms, or where there is a need for creating different types of breakout rooms that need to be created.

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Working from home
Fully WFH at this point.
I would rank Cisco products second to some of the other products that I have used. There may be more development in the other products. But we have clients who specifically request Cisco products.

3000 - Sales, operations, Administration, consultants, facilitators
40 - There are IT professionals as well as virtual producers. While the IT staff is helpful with major troubleshooting, virtual producers are widely used in all the virtual trainings. Others use these platforms in one on one meetings or team meetings.
