Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for the entire school to keep track of payments and seek reimbursements. It helps us have payments get approved by the right people in order to know that the funds are used in an appropriate manner. It is a system that is used by every employee and administrator.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Instant feedback.
  • Ability to communicate easily between departments.
  • The UI could be a bit more user friendly. A bit too much text.
  • Possibly a step by step walkthrough for people who don't use it often.
  • A "frequently used" button would be nice for people that submit similar claims.
  • Streamlining the process of reimbursements.
  • Access for everyone involved in approval.
  • No room for much error.
It is very easy to navigate and find what you need. It might be useful, however, to have something in place that helps new users guide their way through the program in order to know which things to click on. It can be confusing at time to know exactly who to direct payments to under which department.
Any time I have had a question the response team has been eager and willing to help me out when I needed it. Most of the time it was a simple question but they were always very kind and took my questions seriously and stayed with me through the process.
It is an amazing tool that allows our school to operate independently in teams and grade levels but also gives those teams accountability with administration. A team doesn't need hand holding by those who have the money and decision making power. It makes everyone feel like they can contribute and be accountable to each other.
It is the perfect tool for our school as we use it all the time for the various departments that have expenses that need to be tracked. One of the biggest perks of this program is transparency and being able to look at our school with all of its various pieces.
Webexpenses is so much easier to use and navigate. The UI is really intuitive and allows new users to grasp onto the system readily and easily. The reports are put together in a concise and easy to read form. The confirmation emails are especially nice to make sure that things have been filed correctly.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Classroom, Google Drive
It is the perfect tool when you are trying to keep track of everything that is coming and going in an organization. Even as specific teachers, you can look back and see where money has been spent and who is approving it. It makes record keeping an absolutely brilliant breeze!
