Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is our expenses approval system. It easily allows staff to upload their expenses claims, managers to approve them, and the finance department to pay them in a timely fashion. It's web-based so universally accessible from the internet, and flexible, so it meets the needs of our organisation.
- Reduced time spent processing / approving expenses.

There are some usability problems - for example, on the approve expenses page, there are two action buttons in the top right corner. The top one does things that aren't approve/decline expenses - it takes you to a menu to "support Webexpenses"?! I hit that button by mistake every time, and I wish they'd do a little more user testing to iron out some of these annoyances.
Webexpenses' very function is to save time on expenses approval - it removes the use for paper.
Webexpenses is well suited to a medium or large professional organisation that has significant expenses traffic.
